This policy outlines the return and refund process for transactions facilitated by GS Fanatic (gsfanatic.com) ("The Platform"). This policy is designed to comply with Google Merchant Center guidelines for marketplace platforms.
Important Note: GS Fanatic operates solely as a classified advertisements platform, connecting private sellers and buyers globally for the trade of pre-owned products. The contract of sale is exclusively and entirely between the individual Buyer and the individual Seller. GS Fanatic does not own the products, does not handle payment for most transactions (which are typically private transfers, cash, or third-party services), and does not directly process returns, refunds, or product warranties.
1.1. Google Merchant Center Compliance Standard
To ensure compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements for listed products, GS Fanatic requires all Sellers using our platform to agree to a minimum standard for handling returns.

1.2. The Return Process
- Initiation: The Buyer must contact the Seller directly (using the Platform’s messaging system or contact details provided by the Seller) within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return.
- Logistics Agreement: The Buyer and Seller must agree on the return logistics, including the return address, the return shipping method, and who will bear the shipping costs.
- Returning the Item: The Buyer must ship the product back to the Seller using the agreed-upon method.
- Refund Processing: Once the Seller receives and inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, the Seller is responsible for issuing a full refund of the original item price to the Buyer via a mutually agreed-upon private method.

- Process physical returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Provide any guarantee or warranty on the pre-owned products listed by users.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the Buyer and Seller are expected to resolve the issue directly. Buyers and Sellers are subject to the consumer and contract laws of their respective jurisdictions.
1.5. Applicable Law
The terms of the individual sale are governed by the law agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller, or by the law of the Seller's location. Users are reminded that purchasing from a private individual may afford different consumer protection rights than purchasing from a registered business.
