Maison Strat electric guitar

I would part with my beloved custom Strat-bodied guitar.
Since its brand is not indicated anywhere, a forum reader alerted me that based on the headstock, it is likely a Maison product.
I don't have much information about its history, but since I've had it:
Complete electronics replaced 2 years ago. Currently has 2 humbuckers and 1 single pickup. The 5-way switch works perfectly. The pots are also not worn out. The entire pickguard has been replaced, including the pickups. I ordered them from eBay, but don't be alarmed, they sound excellent!
Frets in great condition. The neck is adjustable. Tremolo works fine.
Nut replaced with bone. (I didn't glue it.)
Included: Case, Tremolo arm, the original electronics with the 3 single-coil pickups.
Currently I'm providing it with Ernie Ball Hybrid 11 strings (but they need replacing). In this string set, the thin strings are 11s, the thicker strings are from a 12s set, even the top one is from a 13s set. Specifically for dropped tuning. With this string set, it's slightly out of tune by an octave, but with a 9-10 set, it can be perfectly adjusted. Upon request, I can put any string set on it (9-10, Hybrid, whatever you want!) and set the octave spacing! But then the price is 30,000 HUF.
This guitar was not designed for such low tunings, which is why I'm parting with it.
I want a 7-string, which I already have, and I need the money for it! So, no trades.
The guitar has a few minor cosmetic damages, visible in the pictures. Minor scratches on the surface, due to its age and use. It wasn't a showcase guitar. It's been on a few gigs!
