One of the best guitars ever! Höfner 176! This is the 60s, this is surf, this is rock `n` roll! The 176 is the deluxe version and offers everything you miss on the 172, 173, and 175. The circuitry is very sophisticated, yet very easy to understand. The tonal variation is huge, and you can quickly find your favorites - you`re more likely to be spoiled for choice as to which note you want to play.

The guitar is from 1965! Accordingly, it shows signs of wear! This guitar is not a collector`s item, but a pure player`s guitar with character - the finish is covered in many cracks and dents; elsewhere you`d pay exorbitant amounts for something like this to be artificially made. At the same time, it appears very well-maintained. The finish still shines beautifully and is in good condition. Same output, same material, no difference
