Description
huendeskesDue to guitar surplus and home studio development, I would like to trade or possibly sell my Samick Greg Bennett Malibu MB50 stratocaster in like-new condition as advertised. Specifications:
- The MB50 is the top model of the Malibu series
- Alder body (45mm thick), with a six-point vintage tremolo. The color is deep blue, only appearing lighter due to the flash
- Hard maple neck, with Grover 14:1 ratio tuners, rosewood fingerboard, medium thickness, 98% frets, two-way adjustable truss rod
- Duncan Design HB-102B and SC-101 pickups, with AlNiCo 5 magnets
- Electronics: Volume, Tone pot, 5-way pickup selector switch, plus 2 additional microswitches installed later. One connects the two outer (or all three in intermediate positions) pickups, the other splits the humbucker.
A comfortable, versatile instrument with a wide range of tones, with a slightly thicker, more covered sound than traditional stratocasters. In terms of quality, I could compare it to the Yamaha Pacifica 112V; its price was around that when it was still sold.
In exchange, I would primarily be interested in a Looper pedal, or a smaller multi-effect with a USB port, but I would also trade for small pedals (especially Delay or Reverb), or possibly a guitar/acoustic guitar amplifier.
