Tube combo for sale - 35W. I offer a Wharfedale TCT 35 all-tube combo, designed by Steve Grindrod - who was the lead designer of the Marshall JCM 2000 series. It's a first-series unit, now produced under the ALBION name. What I'm offering is an amplifier with a unique sound! Two channels, independent EQ, Master volume, reverb, effects loop, 33% power reduction switch, etc. Its power tubes are brand new Sovtek 6L6s, and in the front, there are 5 also new 12AX7 tubes. Its sound: a truly unique tone - I recommend it for clean, semi-clean, and distorted sounds alike; both channels go from clean to distorted. - Channel B produces an incredibly deep tone. I recommend it for those who like sparkling clean, as well as biting, gritty, and if needed, fuzzy, assertive sounds. The unit has been checked from head to toe and re-tubed by Bála Mezey, down to the last solder joint. I replaced the original factory speaker, which had a very aggressive sound, with a Celestion, which refined the tone. It hasn't been used much, it's been in a room _ hardly run even with the new tubes. I bought it from England 4-5 years ago sight unseen - however, its sound is not my style - which is why I'm selling it, with its box and footswitch.
