For sale: my excellent Washburn F-style mandolin!

This is a 1991 instrument, beautifully aged, well-played, with a subtle patina. Essentially a Gibson F5 clone.
It was owned by the excellent Austrian bluegrass musician Helmut Mitteregger (Nuggets), perfectly set up... I didn't have to touch it.
It has a very smooth, thin neck with minimal string tension... that's its trump card. The inlays are also beautiful.
You see correctly, it has a pickup... specifically a Fishman M-200 bridge pickup, which costs at least €279 at Thomann, admittedly new. This might be the best solution if you want to amplify it live... I tried it... it works.

In good condition, sleeps in a sturdy hard case....
With fine, fresh, crisp, 11-gauge strings.
If you've been dreaming of a good condition, essentially upper-mid range premium mandolin with excellent value for money, sweating and tossing and turning at night... you've found it!! (sorry, that was long) :))
