Description
huendeskesHello!
A beautiful and perfect Japanese beauty... from January 1975
Let me tell you a bit about Terada...
Master Terada's company was one of the best instrument manufacturers of the Japanese Lawsuit era.
And not only was it... guitars from primarily American companies are still made here today.
In the seventies, between 1972 and 77, they made the legendary Morris guitars, among others.
This guitar is essentially a TF Morris W-613 model. (also known as W-50)
Later, they made Fender's legendary F series acoustic guitars, and today they make Gretsch's very expensive instruments.
A perfect Martin D-41 copy...
Dense-grained laminated spruce top
Sides: solid Indian rosewood!!
Back: split Brazilian rosewood...
The neck is a champion... very comfortable, slight soft V profile mahogany... with a beautiful rosewood fingerboard.
Abalone shell block inlays... and binding around the body and soundhole.
More comfortable than most Morris necks.
Frets are perfect!!
Tuners are flawless... original, of course.
The instrument is clean and buzz-free in all positions.
A resonant, mature dreadnought sound pours out of it!
This is how it sounds... listen to it! This guitar is in the recording!
Not bad, right? :))
It has remained in very beautiful original condition... apart from the usual work scratches, only a few minor flaws indicate that it is over 43 years old.
It is not dried out... the top is straight, the bridge and neck are also nicely in place.
With brand new 0.11 D'Addario strings... set up and ready to play.
Shipping OK!
Or a trip to Sopron....
No trades, please!
May the sun shine on you!!!
