The TEAC 144 was the world's first

multitrack recorder,

the first portable studio from the 80s.

4-track analog, vintage home studio in super well-maintained condition for those susceptible to such things.

For experimenters, hobby musicians.

For bands as a mixer + for demoing in the rehearsal room, even just through headphones.

For one-person projects / John Frusciante, Egyedi Péter feeling /

Perfect exterior and functionality, collector's item.

With English user manual.

Records onto standard cassette tape at triple speed. 4 tracks. but up to 3 can be mixed onto 1 track. but this naturally leads to a decrease in sound quality.

Mastering mode, subsequent simultaneous mixing of 4 tracks. bass, treble, pan, effect loop.

etc.

If interested, write boldly, I'll send pictures of it, recordings made with it, etc.

I'll include a carrying case as a bonus.

I definitely want to sell it only into careful, understanding hands!

Shipping okay, you pay for it!

Trade only for some guitar multi-effect or rack effect, but in similarly good condition and similarly not at 'full price'. Thank you!
