My 20-watt, old Starfire TEGA-10 practice amplifier is for sale. It was only used in a room, not much there either.
Its clean sound is excellent, the Overdrive is not too strong, but it is absolutely sufficient for home use with a pedal or multi-effect, it has an 8-inch speaker.

For 5000 forints, I can add a Zoom 505 II multi-effect pedal, with the two together, many sounds can be achieved for home practice.

Can be tried and taken away in Budapest, IX. district.
