After my Sobbat DB-1 distortion, my DB-2 overdrive unfortunately has to go too, because I don't use it for anything (due to stopping (perhaps suspending) playing music). I have to say, the distortion wasn't bad either, but this is an even better pedal! TS-like sound, with two tone controls instead of one. With minimal gain, it can even be used as a booster, or just to color the sound; with maximum gain, you can get a thick, textured drive sound out of this gem - so it's a versatile and easy-to-use piece of gear.

"Handmade in Kyoto, Japan" - so there's no doubt about its quality! It's in a completely different league than aftermarket TS9s. For this reason, and because my distortion sold for this price, and Sobbat pedals have changed hands for more on the page before, bargaining is not really an option. Even so, it's well worth buying this wonder machine for this price!

Oh! Naturally, it has no external or internal defects!
