4x12 cabinet simulator manufactured by S. L. Amps. It can receive a line-level or speaker-level signal (in the latter case, it needs to be sent on to the cabinet or a loadbox) and produces a balanced signal simulating a miked 4x12 cabinet, which can go to the mixer. It does not affect the amplifier's sound in any way. It can be used to bypass miking on stage, and for quiet, noise-free studio recording etc. Everything else can be read from the picture; if not, I am available!
