All papers are available. Good condition, free of scratches and breaks, frets are in very good condition, beautiful sound, robust instrument. Solid spruce top made of selected wood, back and sides of special figured maple (flame maple), which is 3-layer (high-quality transition between solid wood and laminate). Equipped with Godin electronics and built-in tuner. Comes with original thick Seagull soft case. For sale due to guitar change at a fraction of its new price.
