Santander LP Spalted Maple electric guitar

For sale is an LP-style guitar in very good condition. The body design is more similar to modern LTD LP guitars.

The body and neck are solid maple, the body has a Spalted Maple top (arched, carved). Glued construction. The use of this type of wood is beneficial for resonance and sustain. Black hardware.

The following modifications have been made:

- Bone nut
- Black roller bridge
- Proper grounding
- AlNiCo II P90 pickups.
- The neck was a bit chunky, it has been thinned down, sanded, and painted. 3 coats of Tru-Oil finish. The playing feel is now excellent.
- The neck/body joint is designed asymmetrically, making playing in higher positions comfortable.

Wiring:

+ It received a so-called PTB Tone Control, where the middle potentiometer controls the treble and the rear one controls the bass - this avoids a muddy sound due to excessive bass (avoid too muddy) - this mod has proven very effective, reducing the bass cleans up the guitar's sound beautifully.
+ The middle potentiometer is push-pull type; when pulled, it switches the two pickups to be out of phase - Peter Green-style sound.

(The modifications (bridge, pickups, pots) cost approximately 22-25E HUF.)

In my opinion, the guitar looks incredibly good, the black hardware suits the spalted maple well, and with the wiring modifications, it has become a truly versatile instrument. A true blues-rock beast. Currently set up with a 10-56 hybrid string set, low action, easy playability.
