An animal bred to switch non-MIDI-capable amplifiers with MIDI.
It can switch any function of any amplifier that is a simple On/Off switch, and not a momentary switch and/or any footswitchable function (channel switching, reverb, loop switching, etc.).
It can switch four On/Off functions via 2 stereo jacks, but a 5-pin DIN socket is also available where the switches are accessible. This socket is fully compatible with, for example, the footswitch socket of the Laney IRT Studio amplifier, making it MIDI controllable because this function was omitted from the IRT ex-factory.
Of course, it also works with other amplifiers with similar sockets (Mesa, Bogner, Peavey, etc.).
Small, light, 128 program slots available, reacts to "Program Change" or "Control Change" MIDI messages (selectable at startup), extremely simple and fast programming and use. In a sturdy aluminum case with durable paint!
Can be used with MIDI controller pedals, multieffects, USB/MIDI cables, or any device with a MIDI OUT socket.
Buffered (lossless) Midi Thru socket for daisy-chaining the MIDI signal to other devices, phantom power possibility via the Midi In socket (if the device providing the Midi Out also supports it), but it also runs on a standard 7-12V DC power supply.
