For sale: a subwoofer with a 18" Porkoláb speaker. It came to me with a torn speaker cone, but it was repaired in Aszód at Dreambox. I decided to repair the cone instead of replacing it completely because I didn't want to change the speaker's characteristics. But if someone wants to replace it, it's not that expensive. Dreambox quoted me around 12,000 Ft for a full cone replacement. I'm attaching a picture of the repair. It sounds good, doesn't distort/crackle. It doesn't have a crossover or tweeter; the speaker is directly connected to a 6.3mm jack socket. I'm the second owner, bought it in 2007 and used it actively until 2011. Before me, it was used for bass guitar amplification in Beatrice. It appears multiple times in the Beatrice - Magyar vagyok (E Club 1998) live recording, if proof of its history is needed... :)
