Not to be confused with the Oakland brand made by Matsumoku; this is a higher tier!

1977 Japanese Oakland&Co guitar from the Chushin factory (where Bambu, El Maya, Charvel, and Jackson guitars were made until 1980).

Neck-through maple neck with walnut inlay, ash body. Gotoh tuners, brass nut.
Factory-splittable pickups. Everything is original, down to the last screw!
