A Monarch distortion pedal for sale. Old, Japanese made, but not only is the casing plastic, but so is the sound. If the goal is a 'garage' or Lo-Fi sound, then as a guitar or bass distortion, I think it can be powerful and atmospheric, but for anything else, it might not hold up well (I primarily bought it for the rehearsal room as a leave-it-there distortion, but this sound didn't fit our music).
