Beautifully maintained Meteoro Dr Drive tube preamp pedal, used only in a room, with adapter.
Genuine Mesa Boogie V-TWIN copy.
Identical in all parameters: connections, channels, potentiometers, setting options.
With approximately half-year-old Svotek preamp tubes.
3 channels: clean, blues (nice fender tone), lead (Mesa Mark IV character)
(with footswitches for bypass and switching between 2 of the 3 channels)
The small switch in the middle and the setting option at the bottom allow switching between the two non-switchable channels.
(Essentially, any pair is accessible: clean - blues, clean - lead, blues - lead)

Speaker emulated output (only the headphone position works, the switch likely has a contact issue)
Besides this, a very minor fault is that the LED indicating the Clean channel sometimes doesn't light up (also likely a contact issue, it flickers when tapped, about 1 solder joint to fix if it bothers you)
