1967 Echolette M70 vintage full tube amplifier head for sale.

It comes from a Dutch collector, who was the first owner.

(Compared to its age) excellent optical and perfect technical condition. I've had it for 3 years, during which time it has been in a room.

It contains a total of 9 (Philips) tubes, which are old but work perfectly. 35 W tube power, 6 and 15 ohm speaker outputs. The internal part of the power button has been replaced, which is not visible from the outside. (I will provide the original, of course) Otherwise, the device is in factory condition, without tuning or tampering.

Four channels, with treble-mid, volume per channel + master volume, treble, bass adjustment options.

Compared to its specifications, it sounds incredibly loud.

It can even amplify a complete band.

We used it for vocal amplification, with bass guitar, guitar, drum machine. In all operating modes, it delivers the tube sound of the old days. And it's beautiful too... :)

With a suitable offer, I also have 2 matching 2 x 12" Echolette LE4 cabinets. These contain the original factory gold-colored Isophon alnico speakers, which appear to be in practically new condition... The speaker grilles are also like new.

Not today's Chinese plastic, made in Western Germany!

(At that time, the Germans based their manufacturing on Fender amplifiers, which is also not an insignificant aspect...)

Easy to use, stable, durable equipment. With proper use and care, it will easily last another 45 years... :)

I'm sorry to sell it, but due to lack of space and finances, I have to part with them.

Can be tried and purchased in Budapest, district XVI, with your own instrument (or cabinet).
