Kawai S-70T electric guitar

1962 Kawai S-70T for sale. Mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, solid body, but since the paint is not worn off, I can't even guess what kind of wood it is.



A small and comfortable instrument with a very distinctive vintage sound, excellent for blues, surf-rock, and anything where the boring Fender and Gibson sound isn't needed.



Made in Japan, the neck has a metal truss rod. The headstock was repaired at some point, but it's a master job, I've photographed it, but it's not noticeable in the picture or in person.



It doesn't hum or crackle, and the frets are in pretty good condition. This is a fifty-year-old guitar, completely original, even the aluminum plate around the pickups, which glints amusingly in the light.
