huendeskes For sale (/exchangeable for a bass guitar - see below) Johnson Professional JP-ES type jazz guitar from Korea, as seen in the pictures. (Due to switching to bass guitar.) It would be hard to say anything bad about the guitar's appearance and sound (see attached article and video), and it's very pleasant to play (Tune-o-Matic bridge, Grover tuners, practically everything is adjustable). The guitar currently has D`Addario ECG24 Chromes ground jazz strings (approx. one month old).
A shorter Hungarian description of the guitar can be found here: www.zeneszmagazin.hu
I also have a video of the guitar's sound (although unfortunately not very informative):
Key specifications: Type: Johnson Professional JP-ES-M BR Origin: Korea Top, back, and sides material: laminated maple with tiger stripe pattern Center block: maple Neck material: glued mahogany (painted) Fretboard: Indian rosewood + mother-of-pearl inlays Tremolo: Bigsby B70G Bridge: Tune-o-Matic (with "B2" inscription on the bottom) Tuners: Grover Pickups: 2 humbuckers (see Hungarian article) Switches/pots: 3-way switch, 2 tone and 2 volume pots each Color: Vintage sunburst
In case of exchange, I am mainly interested in the following guitars (but I am open to others): Squire Precision & Jazz Bass models (Standard 1-to-1, Affinity only with a 10-15 thousand forint cash difference -- depending on condition, of course) Epiphone EB-0 (if in good condition, I would even trade it 1-to-1) Hofner Ignition Bass (1-to-1) (So, overall, guitars with a more classic design; I am also willing to pay extra for a good offer.)
