This model was made in 1989 for the American domestic market. The company, in collaboration with Paul Gilbert, perfected its sophisticated and clean design, thus creating Ibanez's best-selling and one of the best rock guitar constructions, the RG 760 and 770 series.
The body and neck of the instrument were made in Japan at the Fujigen factory, while the hardware and electronics were installed in Bensalem, USA. This model has undergone a complete electronics replacement, effectively it is a boosted 760 model.
Neck: Seymour Duncan Hot Rails Strat, Middle: JB, Jr Strat, Bridge: Dimarzio Titan DP259FBK pickups were installed. A Bartolini is visible at the bridge in the picture, it is not for sale.
