Vintage Hopf / Hofner 1953 guitar curiosity.

Hopf/Hofner 1953 acoustic jazz guitar, tuning machines are worn, one button repaired, one bushing edge is missing, despite this it holds tuning stably, neck frets are good with low action and mother-of-pearl inlay, body has antique lacquer checking, minor scratches, slight dents, chips and paint dot repairs, but no serious damage. Equipped with quality ground new jazz strings, the pickguard is from a 65-year-old Weltmeister instrument, new Fender potentiometers and capacitor. Five-position pickup selector, coil-split switch, in the neck position a single Sublime pickup in a Hofner housing, Kurtács András's work, the pickup's character is exceptionally excellent, followed by an original old single Hofner pickup with an unmistakable vintage sound, at the bridge a high-quality splittable Wilburn Custom Shop - Kent Armstrong zebra humbucker. Thanks to the electronics and pickups, the guitar can be used from jazz to rock music, with a wide range of tones, excellent sound - you'll hear it if you try it, you won't be disappointed by such an old, rare instrument with museum value. The electronics and pickups are not original, they were installed later on the guitar using only the original factory mounting holes for the neck and pickguard with spring tension, there are no holes or cutouts, material continuity defects or damage on the guitar body. I include a new quality hard case with the guitar. The guitar is also for sale without electronics and case.
