Handmade in the UK, the Hayden MoFo is a versatile all-tube guitar amplifier. Don't let the size of the amplifier fool you, it can best be described by the proverb ˝good things come in small packages˝. From amazing clean tones to the sound well known to plexi lovers, all the way to a metal shred, every sound can be coaxed out of this little 30-watt MoFo. We can top this off with even more gain, which can be switched with the footswitch.
Of course, this versatility is not only about sound.
The sound of this 30-watt monster is unleashed by four EL84 power tubes, with 3 ECC83 tubes in the preamp. Both 8 and 16 Ohm cabinets can be connected, and the MoFo can drive all speaker cabinets from 1x12˝ to 4x12˝.
It provides separate inputs for instruments evoking English and American soundscapes, the ˝English˝ input provides a thinner sound reminiscent of classic Brit-pop, while the ˝American˝ input provides a sound with higher gain. Of course, it goes without saying that we also have an effects loop at our disposal, so you don't have to give up your favorite pedals when using this head.
This amplifier is also very friendly for practice, as you can practice at such a volume that you can make your amplifier scream, but your neighbors won't do the same:)
