With a heavy heart, I'm selling my beloved second instrument. Ordas Silver Sc 5str singlecut bass guitar Made in Hungary by Csabi Boldogh. Kent Armstrong humbuckers, passive electronics, silver internal wiring, HipShot hardware, neck-through, afzelia body, ebony fingerboard, California buckeye burl top and pickup covers, professional assembly and sound.

The sound is slightly mid-focused due to the silver wiring. I had Csabi build it for a Tom Kennedy-esque Sc Fodera sound, the pickups are placed and designed accordingly. Several people have tried it, some said it sounds just like Musicman. I think it sounds like Fodera. I bought it for this kind of sound: (similar sound with bridge pickup)


The humbuckers are splittable and their use is variable (Bridge outer / inner / both + Neck outer / inner / both). Many coil-splittable sounds....

Trade-in accepted: possible options: smaller bass combo (115 Ampeg, SWR LA15 or similar), possibly a 6-meter straight-to-straight Laboga cable, a cheaper Jazz Bass (4-string) or an Anthem I225 integrated amplifier.
