My George Dennis Volume Tremolo pedal above is for sale.

Full-fledged optical tremolo function, with a separate switch brought out for turning the tremolo on/off (in the original, this could only be achieved with a strong press) and a volume pedal with minimum volume control.

I used it here, for example, in the studio (from approx. 20s):
