Flash Strat electric guitar

Over 20 years old electric guitar, shows some wear. Gifmen pickups, good sound, ultra comfortable neck. Tuners hold well, bridge was recently replaced. Nut at the headstock recently replaced. (It was necessary because the original nut cracked and couldn't be replaced.) There is a truss rod in the neck, adjustable from the body side only! I'll include the back cover plate and tremolo arm!
Currently has Elixir strings.

Interested in trading for a Humbucker pickup, pedal, or possibly a fixed bridge guitar (even with cash difference).
