Fishman classic and acoustic guitar tuner, preamp, and pickup system with BUILT-IN MICROPHONE!



A product worthy of its renowned manufacturer, this installation kit offers an excellent solution for amplifying acoustic guitars with a modern approach. In addition to the standard piezo bridge pickup signal, the electronics also utilize the sound from inside the guitar body via a rear condenser (electret) microphone. The ratio between the piezo and microphone signals can be adjusted to our liking with a potentiometer – we can mix them. To reduce feedback, a phase-shift switch and a feedback-fighting control (tunable notch filter) have been integrated. The 3-band equalizer and volume control complete the sound management capabilities. With this set, a bit of DIY skill, and care, we can transform our favorite acoustic or classical guitar into a true electro-acoustic instrument suitable for electric amplification and studio recording.





The set includes the Fishman electronics with the built-in microphone, the piezo bridge pickup, screws, the plastic mounting bracket, the guitar jack connector, a cable tie, and an English manual with diagrams. The 9V battery is not included. Its lifespan (with a premium battery) is 88 operating hours according to the manufacturer!
