For sale: Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass (2010)



Excellent technical and beautiful aesthetic condition! Besides minimal hairline scratches from use, there are unfortunately two minor lacquer damages, one on the end of the headstock and the other on the lower edge of the body (see photos).



Specs: 4-string Jazz Bass bass guitar. Thin alder body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard. 20 medium jumbo frets, inlays (dots) between the frets are on the side of the neck.



With Ernie Ball Regular Slinky Bass Roundwound strings.



Custom extras:



The Fender pickups have been replaced with Seymour Duncan SJB-3b and SPB-3 Quarter-Pound pickups (approx. 25,000 Ft). What you need to know about these is that due to the thicker 1/4˝ rod pole pieces, the magnetic field is larger, resulting in a fuller, richer, and punchier sound with incredible midrange and dynamics.



Drop Tuner: The E string tuner has been replaced with a Hipshot BT-10 Bass Xtender, which is a drop tuner, meaning you can switch to the pre-set drop tuning (e.g., Drop D) and back with a flick! (approx. 30,000 Ft)



Bridge: The original bridge has been replaced with a black Leo Quan BadAss Bass Bridge II (approx. 22,000 Ft), which I don't think needs an introduction; they've been perfecting it since the 70s, and it not only allows for super precise adjustment and longer sustain but also looks killer in black on this black guitar.



I will also include the original factory pickups (Fender Standard Jazz Bass Single-Coil Pickup and Standard Precision Bass Split Single-Coil Pickup) and the original E string tuner (and the original bridge if I can find it).



Additionally, if requested, I can include a soft case and even the strap as a gift.



The new price of the guitar is 285,000 Ft, and assembling such an instrument with all the extras would cost around 375,000 Ft. I am now offering it for sale for 250,000 Ft. The price is negotiable, I will listen to all offers, but only cash, no trades!
