East Telecaster for sale, refurbished, upgraded. Chinese made, I don't know the year of manufacture, but definitely before 2005. Solid alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard. The three-saddle vintage bridge has been replaced with a six-saddle one, the bridge pickup has been replaced with an Artec singlebucker (all original parts are included). The string set is hybrid (Ernie Ball Skinny Top Heavy Bottom 10-52). The setup, fret leveling, and bridge replacement were done by Tibor Medgyesi, who also fitted a bone nut from a Fender. Of the two dings (see pictures), one is almost microscopic, the one near the upper strap button was professionally repaired by a fellow musician. The neck is a rather thin C profile, very comfortable for me. It's capable of many sounds, the electronics are flawless, as are the truss rod and tuners. A well-built, simple, durable instrument. I'll include a padded gig bag, strap, two sets of strings (Ernie Ball hybrid, see above, and Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 10-46), a slide ring, and straplocks. Can be tried out at my place in Budapest, or in a rehearsal room - by appointment. No trades.
