12" guitar, synth speaker, steel basket, 55 Hz resonance frequency, around 100dB sensitivity. No label or sticker, but the sound is very good, say for an auxiliary guitar/combo cabinet. I've listened to it a lot, so I can confidently say it resembles a Celestion Greenback 12H, perhaps with a slightly softer, smoother low-end. Naturally, it's original, unrepaired, and has been tested a few times.
