Cort SFX Myrtlewood BR electro-acoustic guitar. The SFX series has long been Cort´s capitalization on the MODERN acoustic guitar. With its unique slim body (83mm side depth), comfortable body cutaway, modern V-shaped neck profile, and jumbo frets, it offers a very comfortable playing experience. The arched back and Fishman electronics ensure the right sound. What´s new is the use of solid Myrtlewood, an exotic wood, which not only provides a truly unique appearance but also a bright and clear sound.

American Myrtlewood (oregon myrtle) ranges in color from blond-yellow to light grayish-brown. No two sets are the same, so each guitar made from this wood is unique. Its tone is similar to maple: clear and bright, but this wood bends much easier than maple.
