The Nord Piano 2 HA 88 offers the ability to use the perfect Grand, Upright, and Elec-piano sounds from the Nord Piano Library simultaneously (split or layered) with the already versatile and extensive samples from the Nord Sample Library.
Using the recipe of "simplicity + personality", Nord has created an easy-to-use 88-key hammer-action stage instrument.

The Nord Piano 2 is a stage piano equipped with a wide range of completely realistic sounds of acoustic and electro-mechanical keyboard instruments.
String resonance modeling and pedal noise simulation realistically emulate the sound, character, and acoustic properties of pianos (and spinets).
With the Triple Pedal, we can reproduce the characteristic noises (pedal noise, and the sounds of vibrating open strings) that occur when the pedal is pressed on an acoustic piano.

The Nord Piano 2 SAMPLER MODULE is one of its key new features. We can freely load samples into its memory from the Nord Sample Library, choosing from over 1000 sampled instrument sounds from various categories (strings, winds, legendary synthesizers, Chamberlin, Mellotron, basses, etc.).
Importantly, the sounds of the piano module can also be completely replaced. We can also edit our own samples using the Sample Editor.
The sounds of the PIANO LIBRARY and the SAMPLE LIBRARY are stored in two separate flash memories (in the case of the Nord Stage, one is 500MB, the other is 384MB, with parameters similar to the Nord Piano).
The memory retains its content after powering off, and the sounds are immediately available when the instrument is turned on, with no loading time.

The effect section is easy to navigate and contains all necessary effects (Tremolo, Phaser, Wah, Delay, Chorus, Flanger, 3-Band Eq, amplifier simulator, Reverb, etc.). The individual modules (as in the Stage 2) can be dedicated to the piano or sampler section.
The user interface is clean, with dedicated buttons or potentiometers for each function, and the individual sections are perfectly clear.
