The instrument is versatile, usable both acoustically and amplified. The "slim jumbo" body shape means the body contour is slightly larger than a standard dreadnought, but thinner. This makes it excellent for playing standing up with a strap, thus suitable for stage use. The built-in piezo pickup and active equalizer also aid this.
