Hi everyone!

Challenge VP stratocaster for sale!

When I bought it, it was in a pretty worn/shabby condition.
It has undergone refurbishment!

- It got a new 3-ply white H-H pickguard, completely new electronics.
- Two Japanese Jackson splitable humbuckers are playing in it, their models are:
Bridge = JH2
Neck = J2N2

- The body is completely shielded with copper foil! No unnecessary hum!

- The vintage 6-point tremolo has been fitted with a hardened silver steel block (HRc 60 hardness).
It doesn't sound thin, balanced lows-mids-highs.
- Roller string trees have been installed
- It got a Graphtech graphite nut.
- New Korean sealed tuners, but I'm not satisfied with their quality either, some are a bit tight, but they hold tuning.

I can't find much about the guitar itself, there's no marking where it was manufactured.
The whole thing weighs about 4 kg, so it's not made of plywood. (I have a Marathon strat, its body is plywood and much lighter)
I think the body is linden, the neck might be maple with a nice grain pattern, with a darker stripe on the back.
The neck is suitable for fast playing, string action is low.

Flaws:
1. There are scratches on the finish, but the guitar is at least 20 years old, if not more.
When I bought it, the flaws were covered by stickers, they appeared when I removed them. I've taken photos, it's not a pig in a poke.
2. The mounting screw for the new tuners has been moved, see pic. But that should be the least of your worries.

The guitar has been refurbished in a black and white outfit, I think it looks great.
Tuned to Drop C, rocky, heavy metal sound.
I'm selling it because I have too many guitars and its sound is more heavy, and I need something a bit heavier.

The setup was done by a professional luthier, and the wiring by a professional electrician!
