For sale: The Mud Pout - Legendary Octaver analog octave divider, used in a couple of concerts. One of the first two units made with the "new design". There won't be more in this color, so it will be a collector's item someday :D

"The Mud Pout Legendary Octaver is an analog octaver with true deep, fat, or gritty square-wave synth sounds. You can mix the clean (WATER) and effected (MUD) signals to your taste. With the SEAWEED knob, you can adjust the octave sound's color between deep, rumbling, or gritty, synth-like, mid-rich tones. A versatile, but monophonic octaver for guitar, bass, or any other instrument.

It works with both a 9-volt battery and adapter (BOSS standard, negative center) and can be used with 9 to 12..15 volts."

Knobs:

WATER - clean signal, with 3dB boost

MUD - one octave down

SEAWEED - tone knob for the octave. CCW - deep rumbling sound, CW - strong, gritty nasal synth sound.



Due to the pedal's relatively high power consumption, I do not recommend powering it from a battery, at least cheap Everready and similar batteries will drain quickly: trekking deteriorates, more glitches, distorted sound.

Using an adapter is recommended, it feels truly good at 12V! :)
