The pickup's input signal level and midrange tone can be adjusted with two miniature potentiometers, allowing perfect tuning for different types of guitars. There is an external volume control that can be attached to the soundhole. It can be used in steel-string, flamenco, nylon-string, Gipsy jazz, dobro, and resonator guitars. The electronics are completely noise-free and suitable for studio-quality recordings. It immediately reacts to every subtle touch of the guitarist on the strings and has an extremely rich sound, while also perfectly reproducing the guitar's own character when amplified. The output impedance is perfectly matched to amplification systems, and it is extremely feedback-free even on the largest stages. In 2007, it won the special award of Acoustic Guitar magazine.
