Virtually scratch-free Blackstar HT-Dual tube preamp/drive pedal, with box and adapter.
Recently serviced/cleaned by a technician.
It's the newer version with higher voltage and click-free switches.

2 channels, the first with switchable gain levels (Clean, Crunch)
Due to the high voltage, it delivers a thick drive sound, not the thin distortion of small pedals.
When connected before a clean amplifier, it truly sounds like the amp's drive channel.
It can also be perfectly used as a preamp when connected to an effects loop return.
(It can significantly enhance the sound of a practice transistor amplifier with an effects loop).
The emulated output can also go directly to a mixer.
(For recording, a standard output + speaker simulator is a great home practice solution).

With an OD pedal at low gain settings, the tube can be nicely overdriven, resulting in a beautiful tube drive sound.
