Atari 1040 STFM true music editing computer, from 1990. Whoever knows it knows what this is.

There's also an Atari 30Mb hard drive for it. This little machine still holds its ground in MIDI music editing today. It comes with Creator and Notator editing programs on floppy disks. I bought it new back then in Germany, it wasn't cheap!
