Olds Ambassador Trumpet (USA) Vintage Olds Ambassador Trumpet for sale! Manufactured in the 1960s, all parts are original! Serial number: 427264. For sale with the original hard case! All valves work flawlessly, the slides are also pullable. Has compression! True jazz sound! Approximately 75% of the instrument's lacquer remains, and there are minor scratches and flaws (see photos), but none of this affects the sound! If you want a good instrument for cheap, I definitely recommend this horn! I played this trumpet at gigs, and then used it as a backup instrument. I no longer need it. I bought it on eBay back then, and had it repaired. If you want a cheap but usable trumpet, I definitely recommend this Olds instead of the shiny Chinese fakes (running under German/English pseudonyms)... The instrument is labeled: ˝OLDS AMBASSADOR FULLERTON CALIF.˝ Serial # is 427264. I intentionally bent the end of the leadpipe slightly for fun, so the bell points upwards more during playing, but this does not affect the sound at all. An instrument that is easy to play, with a great sound.
