Looking for a clean and well-maintained neighbor-free top floor / attic room or office (20-30nm2) for audio and music production with some conversion permission mainly for acoustic reasons, mostly during the day but somtimes in the evening too. Preferred locations are district V.,VI.,VII.,VIII.,, and also some parts of dist. I. II. XI. close to Pest side. I prefer places where similar activities take places like Theater, rehearsal room, community center etc. Not a basement!
