This model represents the pinnacle of the Jamo Cornet series. Each cabinet contains 2 x 20 cm woofers, 1 x 13 cm midrange driver, and 1 x 2.5 cm dome tweeter. I used them for listening to music with a NAD 3020 amplifier. I am selling them due to a change in musical style (custom-built tube amplifier + full-range speakers in self-made cabinets). The speaker grilles and the cabinets are flawless, except for a minor shipping damage on the front lower right corner of one speaker (see photo).

Custom modifications:

1. Instead of the original film capacitors used in the crossover, Remix oil-paper capacitors are used, providing a more transparent sound image.
2. In place of the original bass reflex ports on the rear panel, color-matched glued chipboard panels are installed, which provide a bass-dominant but more precise soundstage instead of the typically exaggerated, bass-heavy sound of Jamo speakers that often colors the sound.
3. Instead of the original internal construction of the floorstanding boxes, bracing beams are installed between the front and rear panels, and filling fleece damping material is used instead of acoustic foam, which eliminates harmful cabinet resonances even at high volumes.
4. Trays placed under the originally freestanding cabinets help reduce unwanted floor resonances.
