I ordered this metal-stringed hualaycho, walaycho instrument myself from Bolivia, which is the smallest member of the charango family. Its tuning is C4 C4, F4 F4, A5 A4, D5 D5, A5 A5. It is typically used in Potosí, Bolivia, for playing music like this:

It's not a toy, but an instrument! Solid rosewood body and neck (carved from a single piece of wood), spruce top, ebony fretboard. I'll give it with a nice fabric case.
