Our 25 square meter rehearsal room, located near Ecseri út, is looking for a long-term bandmate or individual musician seeking a place to practice. The room also includes storage space. Rental fee: 30,000 HUF + proportional utility costs + 1 month's deposit for bands. For individuals, 15,000 HUF + proportional utility costs + 1 month's deposit (or by agreement depending on the schedule).



Currently, a band is renting the space. One drum kit is set up, another can fit, or the current one can be used sensibly. There is also vocal equipment, its use is also a matter of discussion.

A ground-floor rehearsal room with excellent features on the tram line 3. 25 sqm floor area and 25 sqm storage space combined (approx. 120cm deep cellar space).



Directly at the stop for tram 3 and bus 99, Kőbánya alsó (train station, Nyugati pu.) and Ecseri út (metro line 4) are also nearby.



Enclosed old factory area, buildings are rented out for storage and other purposes. 24-hour security service, barrier access, patrolling during the night. There are no residential buildings nearby, so the room can be used almost anytime.



There is a modest office building open until 8-9 PM with a more civilized toilet, and a buffet on weekdays until 3 PM.



The room is fifty meters from the gate, the iron door is locked with the strongest Abus padlock, its metal part is insulated from the inside. The floor area is 25 sqm, the ceiling height is an average of 2.50 m (sloping inwards from the entrance). The ceiling is insulated. The walls are partly brick, partly concrete.



The room includes a dry "cellar storage" of the same floor area, 120cm deep, located under the wooden foundation. Access is via a trapdoor, there is also lighting downstairs.



The only utility in the room is electricity. There is an individual meter, and there are sockets on every wall inside. There are three separate phases, so high-power devices can be operated simultaneously without any danger.



The room is heated by 2 Stiebel Eltron 2kW wall convectors.
