Grainger Hammerhead 50 (aka. Epiphone SoCal 50) guitar amp head for sale. With 5xECC83, 2xEL34 tubes. With 25/50W switch, 4-8-16 Ohm speaker output.
Identical to the Epiphone SoCal 50 head in all respects. As far as I know, it was made for the UK market, hence the different name. I will include a printed and laminated A3 schematic, in case someone considers modding it, as I did. I ended up not touching it. I also have a schematic for mods, for installing a tonestack.
Everything works, it sounds good, free of noise and hum. I used it with a 1x12 Celestion Vintage 30 cabinet, it sounds great. The Boss Blues Driver has been gathering dust since then because I don't need it. I don't have the footswitch for it.
Can be tested in Ráckereke. I can help with transportation. I regularly go to Budapest, and once a month towards Nyíregyháza, it fits in the trunk.
