What could be a happier instrument than a ukulele? A cigar box ukulele! The example shown here is made from a Huppmann Cuban cigar box, with a mahogany neck and a bubinga fretboard. The bottom bridge and tailpiece are also bubinga. The neck has been treated with beeswax, it's so natural you could chew on it, but it's harder to play then. Perfect for travel, camping, or a guitarist's birthday, it fits in a small space and doesn't make much noise. But if you want, we can equip it with a piezo buzzer pickup and then you can crank up the distortion. We make it to order, so you decide what it should be like.
