Cort X500 Menace GS electric guitar. The reborn X500 Menace is a true metal guitar, taking the place of the old X500 with a new, darker, and more aggressive form. The through-body neck provides excellent sustain, and the renewed X500 employs a maple top/mahogany body combination, which has become increasingly popular lately. The reversed headstock, 7-piece maple/amaranth/panga-panga neck with variable radius fingerboard, FloydRose® Original tremolo, Seymour Duncan® Sentient & Nazgul Humbucker pickup set, and the dark appearance make it one of the standout metal guitars of 2021.
