1980 Ibanez TS-808 Tubescreamer

The mother of all overdrive pedals. Early 1980 TS-808`s like this one have the Ibanez (R) ˝trademark˝ logo which people seek. Contains the Japanese JRC4558 chip. The JRC chip was used throughout the life of the TS-808, the JRC gives the strongest classic tube screamer sound- the sweet vocal midrange.

The early TS808 used a circuit board marked MP-D01201A like this one.

Killer Sound like Srv owned Ts808 . Low serial number with same Jrc Chip.

Unfortunately, due to the use of Velcro, the rubber is missing from the bottom, otherwise full Original.
