Made in Japan in the mid 80s (around 1984-1987). The color is copper mist metallic, which is rare. The bridge was upgraded to a Leo Quan Badass II (the best jazz bass bridge), but all the other parts are completely original.
I`m selling this one with great sadness because I absolutely love it, but I`m getting a custom built bass and I need the money.

It plays like a dream, sounds absolutely great, and is completely noiseless. It has the Fender TBX tone knob which makes it very versatile. Neck is straight, truss rod works great and the action is low and sweet - and it can be setup much lower. It has D`Addario Chromes flatwound strings, that sound great on this bass.
It`s the same bass model used by Duff McKagan of Guns N` Roses.

It sounds and feels much better than any american precision bass that I ever played, and I played a lot of them :)
